Bluetooth still not working after new firmware

Bluetooth still is not staying ON when selected. Anyone else have this issue?

My bad I thought it had built in bluetooth as it was in the Android system options

In case anyone is looking for a compatible bluetooh adapter,...I bought an AZIO BTD-V401, advertised for up to 80ft! With a three year warranty for CND$15.99. Bluetooh was already ON and ready to pair. Connected my HP Touchpad bluetooth keyboard,...so far so good.
