Blue arber pole!

I have checked and changed portal information and confirmed all through Route Checker (still 200+ days left on donation) but still just get the blue barber pole no yellow line! Is anyone else having the same issue? I have another Box AVOV on Rocket and it is up and working fine! Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What box are you having the problem with?

MAG 254 two locations both the same!

go back to your route and change 1 number of your mac once it says successful change it back then reload the portal on the Mag 254 and also make sure the url has http:// in front of it
