Been 2 months Still no tv

Ever since user and password came on mag 254. I have had no tv. Always get an error when entering user name and password. I have done just about everything possible. Reset iptv with unit unplugged. Re did MAC address. Try everything. Still get error when entering user name and password. Any help would be appreciated. Still have 302 days left on donation.

what number are you entering the donation or the confirmation? Donation is 12 or 13 digits the confirmation is 16. What firmware version are you on? What is the service IPTV66, ROCKET or NFPS?

Lastest firmware R14. Service Rocket. Entering 12 digit for both user and password.

is the MAC addy directly from the mag receiver ?
with a prefix of 00:1A:79 ?

and how exactly are you entering the server URL onto the receiver ?

Well apparently the Mac on box is not same as Mac on retail box. Unbelievable Can get to barber pole now,but it isn't loading. Reset router box. Yellow bar 1/4 of the way. Will not load past that.

Donation working now. For user and password. Will not load now. Using 11. Iptvrocket.tv. Only loads yellow 1/4 of the way on barber pole.

when you entered proper mac addy did you reset iptv?

and with the Mag receiver try including the URL prefix

Ok. Did iptv reset. With unit unplugged. Put http://. Now I get Your STB is blocked. Call the provider.
