Bad or Missing Serial

I keep getting the error bad or missing serial number the past few days IPTV was working fine until recently.

I went to IKS support and they said that they reset everything on there end and if it did not work a moderator would be assist on this forum.

Please help.

I do not know what I can do if MAC has been sucessfully linked already, but send me the 13 digit Route number and your email and the MAC you need linked
