Yes read the threads you need to login to your account and change to the portal your assigned

Reading is your friend... You need to make the changes that are now in place, it doesn't matter what worked before

I made the changes, reset my iptv,new portal and I still getting error, I reset 3 times my iptv but when i put username and password error come out, not able to conect at all dont even if i reset my iptv donation, this is very frustrated.

It would be really helpful if anyone is having issues to post what you are using..... Also the steps you did
