Avov Tv-Online V2

I have two tv-online V2 boxes .........linked the macs to donation successfully ......input the (donation) id and password for credentials .....the Server 1 has a little lock and key next to it.....click server 1 and the window pops up for id and password....all looks good...click connect and this window keeps popping up asking for the id and password......it never gets connected.........checked all the numbers and made sure online that the donation is linked to that mac...................Now some I hear with avov boxes .....are connecting but only have the vod and the live-tv music channels......well I can't even get that...........has Avov said anything about this particular problem..im having..............

funny though on another avov plus box...I have iptv66.tv and it does connect to the server with only music channels working........But with Rocket my avov v2 won't even connect...keeps asking over and over for the id and password credentials .......I keep giving it to them but it still does not connect

Just wondering... the one that connects, was that with a mac that had not been reset or changed after route checker change?

the iptv66.tv one was not changed........but I did have to put the id and password in .........this was last night............checked this morning and it was working on music channels....but it did connect
The rocket donations were linked to the macs in the other avov v2 boxes but can't get them to connect

Of course the mac's on the Avov boxes can't be changed ....only linked to donation
