might be just me ,cause the tickets that where still not responded to are gone and so is my user name ,not recognized and can not retrieve my old account as if it was gone after they introduced the new system,funny things is they can send me emails but I can not get my email or even my password to be recognized ,will keep trying ,thank for the info about they having issues with java.

well try my old tickets to no avail and still not letting me in with the ticket number as I fallow the ticket number it gives me where I can put my email address and password and another small screen opens like the first one but 1/4 of it and that is it.?any suggestions ?and thank you,for helping ,by the way tryied different browsers and they all do the same.

Yep my old tickets are gone also looks like they have an issue with logging into the help site. When you click on my ticket it just keep embedding the same help screen over and over again.

they went to new server maybe thats why old dont work

That is probably one of the issue but the login and searching for tickets does not even work they have webpage issues.
