Avov missing server settings after factory reset

I was having a few issues with my avov tv online+ so I decided to do a factory reset.
Now the servers option in the settings menu has disappeared.
Im definitely connected to the Internet. It's just gone. In system info it is build 1.08. If I select system updates it says there aren't any.
Any ideas. I've tried doing a factory reset again and made no difference.

did you get the package installer to load that first thing or box wont work

Nope. When I've done it in the past its always done that first thing. But not this time. Any ideas why. Have tried multiple reboots.

same thing happened to me today............did several factory resets even using the reset hole in the back. No luck. Still wont update.

Ok. Tried this morning and all is good. Must have been server down.

This mornig, i make a reset factory to my AVOV TVOnline+ and happened the same, i can not see the Server app and i cant see any program in the store ....?

I believe the update server for the older Avov boxes may be off line (Original white Tv-Online ) (Tv-Online Plus) and (Tv-Online V2 )

im in the same predicament as well. Does anyone know if the server will be back on?

yea white one forget it i call that there beta box so forget that one and it if dose the other two yea there two old but could get lucky on any day or hr youll never know when they turn that on really just too old nothing works app wize and cant update to better kodi waste of time in my books

Thank you for using our product.
Your model V2 was 3 years ago manufacture product.
The Android version was 4.0.
Now we use the 7.0 version of Android.
Kodi 17.6 services only work with Android version 5.1 and above.
Android box is like a smartphone.
Technology is changing too quickly.
Previous chipset does not allow upgrades.
This is not the issue of boxes, it's the chipset problem.
Existing boxes can only use different functions than using a server to watch live TV.
I'm sorry I couldn't help you."

Read the Bold and Underlined Twice...! If They are Only Using Android Ver 7.0 then ver 5.1 will soon be defunct as is ver 4.0...! Enjoy it while You can and Start looking for Alternatives...!

Two friends are using Avov plus box......only for live tv via (tv-Online)..........I told them not to ever factory default the box........That may end there use of IPTV....Only thing that box is good for now....
