All of a sudden I'm getting this error can't watch anything- worked fine this morning

strange can watch it thru TV and then channels no problem at all but if I try thru video then add on I keep getting authoriaztion failed

I have the same problem. I was washing the channels and suddenly I have the same massage. I still have the same MAC address.

I fix the problem. Change MAC 00:1A:79 to 78.

Relink mac and never send serial number. You'll never have a prob after that like me

None of this is working for me, tried to re link mac address i was using 00:1A:78. Tried everything i could possibly think of but nothing seems to work any other ideas???

mine was working fine until I delete stalker client addon , I reinstalled 15.1 version and now I am not able to even type the name of NFPS per instructions does not give an option to give a name.

I have re link the mac even change to 79 and back to 78 with no luck, get itv authorization failed. I know before it gave me the option to enter name, now it does not. does it matter or not when setting the config

now not even get tv

Default the addon make sure u have the current update I checked off the send serial and just added my paid mac and worked fine

Thanks for the reply that didn't seem to work so i've presumed it to be a ISP issue, and upon turning the web safe mode off all seems to be up and running again thanks for your help.

Your IPTV Stalker might've updated, it happened to me and I couldn't watch anything so I removed the updated Stalker and installed a previous version that allowed me to send the serial number and it was back up and running. If this work for you make sure you turn off auto update till you figure out why you cant run the updated version. Hope this helped.....
