Authentication Login?

Hey! I tried turning on my Mag 254 today to watch TV & it's asking for authentication. What do I put in the login info? I tried using my donation number but it said error. Thanks!

Everything is up and running, you will need a user id and password to continue using your donation.

It's a little slow to load with the MAG but all working fine here.

Everything was working last night after the maintenance but now I can't get the portal to load.

This 254 mag was working fine yesterday when I first input code. but today as (right now) just blue line no yellow.

Are there still issues with the MAGs. Since February 2, the channels have not loaded on my MAG 254. I have put in my recently purchased donation number for both login and password numerous times and received the error message each time. The MAC address is linked to the donation number, but it keeps returning the error message. Would be grateful for any information on this issue; thanks a lot!
