Authentication failed

Hi,Bought a 1 month sub to try out service, tried setting up in both Kodi & STB EMU i keep getting Auth Failed.I went through the tuts and tried to fix but still same problemAny help would be greatly appreciated. ThanksMichael

well i am using the stbemu pro in bluestacks....i am also getting the same error in kodi 16.1

did you get a MAC addy attached to your route number ? ( i suppose you did considering you did a reset)
And does it have a prefix of 00:1A:78 ?

your MAC has the wrong prefix.
I see it as 00:1A:79

Emulators and Stalker applications, the prefix must be 00:1A:78
Dreamlink T1 and Mags and avovs use prefix 00:1A:79

Check that
Caps or small case, dose not matter.

hi im having the same problem and keep getting a mac address mismatch with multiple boxes... done the reset bunch of times. changed mac, chaged server and still get the mis match mac... i have an android box and the mac starts with 00:1A:78:... but it wont conect at all.

Today I woke up to an authentication Error so I jumped on here to see if anyone else is having the same.
I checked at least 6 times to ensure that my route number is properly typed in, I logged in and did an IPTV reset and still no luck (authentication error)


Been using this same route number on the same MAG for quite a while now so I know the number by heart.

Please, ignore my first post... I let it sit there on "authentication error" for about 10 minutes and then I hit "OK" again and it went through this time.

What is ghe add-on/app you're using? Sounds like IPTV Stalker Plus...

I received my Route but not sutre what to enter where? Which one is the user and which one is the passcode please?

Have no idea what device you are using and what add-on/app you are trying to configure.
