Authentication Error

Dear All,

I am trying to login for the first time but unfortunately when i am getting into the authentication page and entering the donation number both on Login and password it gives me an Error message.

I have checked and my subscription is valid.

I am using iks66 service on Mag254.

Please advise.

I am having the same problem since I made my donation six days ago....HELP....HELP
If someone finds a solution it would be great if they could post the exact procedure followed to make sure I do it right.
It seems that several people are having the same problem. Could it be an issue with IPTV Rocket?

Hello Folks,

I am a reseller and some of my customers came across the same situation. Here is how you wanna fix it.
First of all use the MAC checker available on the web page of your provider, either IPTV66, NFPS or Rocket. If you get that your mac is ready to be used on the server, Good News!!!

Once you have done that, you wanna check your route and type in your MAC again and withou chagring it you wanna click on reset IPTV. It shoud work fine now. If the issue persists I would suggest you to change your portal URLasking your reseller to apply those changes or contacting PapiaoTV support.
