Just got a new mag254w2 box. I lost my audio. I have picture but no volume. Is there something in the setting that needs to be changed. Please heip.

could it be a faulty or incompatible HDMI cable ?

I switched the HDMI cable to my other box and it worked fine. I accidentally pressed the F1 button on the remote when i was in the system settings checking out the Audio option. can this be the problem why i have no Audio now?

What does that F1 button do as a function when in that Audio menu ?
Should be a legend for colored button as per what they do, should be seen at the botton of the screen. Maybe need to scroll the screen down to see, if not seen.

You try pressing the volume on the remote the button with blue.... Just sayin

I figured it out. I had HDMI switch to DVMI IN audio. Changed it back now have sound. Thanks for your help.
