Assign Donation

Its been a while since I did this, but i logged and into Papiao and i still a IPTV balance, do i now go to Create Donation , put in the email address for client , MAC address and 1 donation and just use the p1.iptvrocket.ru.....(3) ? there is no other option in the drop box? then follow the steps in 1 to 5 , I'm just assigning this to myself for my T2
