log onto your code at papiao website and remove the MAC attached. Then exit the website. Then log back on and re-attach the MAc
Do a reset while logged on there and then check for results

riphammers issue is either device needs to reset or they need to troubleshoot their network.
after troubleshooting and validating on papiao side no issue with their code or portal as I validated on my end that all good working fine.
gave them options
