Are some channels down

I getting a couple calls from my customers saying that a lot of channels are down. I've checked this out and they are. Is there a problem that the Mods can investigate and get back to me too let my customers know if there is a problem? Please let me know so I can pass on the information. I know I'm the biggest complainer on this site, but help me out. Thanks for any info

Most channels have a double.
Use the higher one.

You are correct, and those channels are down because the source is not working.
