Hi guys,

I am having the same login issue with my nVidia Shield. It won't let me type any login/password. The keyboard comes up but when I try to type anything, the fields are still empty.

Anyone having an idea on how to fix this?

EDIT: I solved the issue by myself, nothing was actually displayed in the 2 different fields but it is actually typing so go ahead and type your LOGIN/PASSWD and you should be good.

How do you enter the login and password on a Nvidia Shield, when I go to type nothing show in the fields on STB emulator . I did exactly what evildark says to do when I press ok it says error and I double check the numbers are correct even though nothing is showing I also used a mouse and i did work, please help

second it!! same issue
tried logitech 400r, tried all possible ways to input characters in authenticate box but didn't work - i was using short server address (iptv66 one) and later changed it to full URL but still cannot connect in STB EMU.
Character in user name / pwd field is not visible until you type 30+ characteres..i usually do then slect all, delete and then carefully typed donation in both fields...still when click OK..nothing happens.
ocassionally i recieved error message; i reset iptv and then after few attempts i cannot reset iptv ..been 3 days trying

You gotta try harder ;)

You have to know that every time you go back to a field, you must re-type the ID/PASSWD.

I did type the ID/PASSWD with my Shield controller, the mouse wouldn't work. I first typed the ID, then hit right, typed the PASSWD, hit right again, re-typed the ID and then hit down to select OK.

If it does not work on the first/second try, exit the emulator and try again.

Be precise and patient and it will work, I got it to work and it should do the same for you, there are no reasons ;)

I'm using the app on my Nexus 5 phone and since I updated app I cannot enter ID/password, I tried what evil dark said and I even tried to go to advanced settings and use alternative authentication dialog. Nothing works I cannot enter ID/password.

I would love to see if someone could give me a hand I am really frustrated with this emulator that I have for nfps my issue is from the very start I've tried every portal I have read on this forum for nfps and it keeps on telling me that there's an error host cannot be found if someone could please give me a hand and maybe give me the correct portal that goes inputted into the emulator? This help will be greatly appreciated thanks BTW it's the latest version of the nfps emulator I have linked the MAC address reset the IP and everything's ready to go just can't seem to input the correct portal URL

Hi i have a MXQ Pro 4k android box that i am trying to install an iptv sub on, the sub is fine i have tested it with other apps, i have installed the subscription into stb emulator and absolutely nothing happens when i go back to the profile that has been set up just a completely blank screen.Any ideas whats going on with it, i am certain all the settings i have put in are correct as i have tried it a few times but no joy.

Loaded stbemu on my M8S android 4.4 box mated to a Samsung smart TV. The TV picture is good but the menu is off centre down and to the right as if the resolution was the wrong format for the menu screen only. tried different settings without success :mad:
any ideas?
