Amazon mag box pre loaded

I've bought 2 mag 254 boxes from the Amazon uk site . Pre loaded with year sub included . But the portols are blocked and I can't see away of contacting provider ?? No contact sheet with packaging , nothing on screen , no numbers no email . Any ideas ?? A quick search on Amazon will show the seller

I think you may have got burned. Good luck on trying to get them up and running. I would return them and purchase a Avov or Mag from Infomir. Then get a rocket donation from IPTV rocket. No third parties dude.
