To get that aged steak flavor enhancement that so many restaurants charge an arm & a leg for:

baking sheet(pan) w/cooling rack..wrap steak in a few layers of cheesecloth and place on rack...put in coolest part of fridge for 4 days..simple, eh??...you'll be amazed at the improvement in flavor, texture and enjoyment...try it!!

wanted to add this process does not make your steak less juicy..

best steak is the Ribcap cut. let sit at room temperature for 30-45 minutes. pat dry . coat with olive oil & sprinkle Montreal steak spice on both sides.
cook on bbq or George foreman grill for 10 minutes. you will not require a knife and the most succulent steak on IPTVtalk :)
