Hey.... so much freezing and many channels not open it...someone ate behind the control of the service please fix it ....can t watch tv ....International channels Ecuador Colombia...and alot of more they freezing...someone need to check how is the quality of the service and see the problems...or fix the Internet provider....or idk...yes fix the service...before 1.400 some channels worked better than now 3.300 channels....come on...fix it...check it and see it and fix it....

Hey you Big Mac if is my end so why some channels open and some no...if is my end all channels will freezing at same time or all channels will not open...but never if is my end never some will freezing and some not...and some open and some no...if is my end all channels will work ssme...im not new on this...I'm customer around 9 years....also so why some channels they change the video quality sd and maybe next day shows HD or FHD...and later SD...so is my end also....is not my end is there streams...or there internet from iptv66...you guys know ...so why some open some not...some freezing and some not...Come on...

All channels are not on same server so yes you're new to not know that.

Cesar is right. The same thing has been happening here since they added backup channels: a lot of freezing and resolution changes, especially during peak hours. Perhaps a bottleneck from sharing servers... and that's even though you can only use one device per credit... we hope they fix what they can.
