Accidentally changed mac address

I accidentally changed my mac address to all zeros and I can not change it back to the correct mac address, it just says mac address already in use. I sent emails with photos but have not received any response? Is there any way to fix this? Thank you

go to the rocket donation checker .. u should be able to change it from there
