My father in law was heavy drinker and drove under the influence for years. He never got into a accident doesnt mean it was safe for the rest of the drivers on the road when he was driving!!!!!been a heavy smoker for over 30 years.. never smoked so much that it affected my driving.. did all the 'high work for my tree svc for the same 30 yrs, & never had 1 serious accident on the job, except a collapsed bucket truck(too much smoke in my lungs!) .. this whole thing is a scam to rob u of your hard-earned cash.. nothing more..
