looks like I have found a diecast, just got to wrap up some of the details with the seller :)
It's not far from me and so I can pick it up in person and therefore don't need paypal or ebay or etc.
I am not gonna tell which diecast this is, as it will be a surprise till the winner opens the parcel :)

Will need to talk with dara thou, as he will be setting up the diecast race or what ever he decides on.

okay people, I have confirmation of the diecast that is being delivered to my place. The seller sent me the tracking number.
I sent tracking number to dara so he has the confirmation as well.

So that means it's a GO !

Dara has not yet seen all this as he usually is not online everyday and maybe not till the weekend.
Once he does thou then things will move forward. I will also be sending out a PM to our old nacscar pool member so we all get a fair chance at this diecast.
Maybe dara could have an announcement thread and also in that thread request that all members who have seen it let themselves be heard, or something :)
That way we know who may be missing their chance, and will try our best to let everyone know and any new comers are always welcome :)

Anyway, it's a GO !


This particular Diecast to be disclosed only once the winner receives it and confirms so :)

Well the diecast arrived at my place on Friday.
It's a good looking diecast , indeed !
I'll not tell which it is thou , haaaaa :)

Dara is also working on the details, with a new thread to follow.

I'll have the details on the Die Cast contest this weekend, but it won't include Nashville. Probably will be the next three races, all different tracks... a new Street course, a Super Speedway and a shorter track.

Oh No...?!?

Rain may be an issue at the NASCAR Cup Series Ally 400 on Sunday at Nashville Superspeedway.

The weather forecast for the day has a small chance of rain throughout the day, but the greatest chance at 10 p.m. If rain holds off until 10 p.m., the race should be fine in completing.

The Ally 400 is scheduled to start at 6 p.m. at the Lebanon racetrack. The race is sold out.
