No, nothing wrong. With so much negativity on the site by a very small minority, its nice to see a positive review to balance things out. Trolls will often try to take a positive thread and spin it, just to get a rise out of people or for some other agenda. There will always be someone out there that can't fix things on their own, and blame it on the service.

How bad is the service? I haven't used it in a while, I left it a while back but I was thinking
on getting back on board.

When I left it wasn't that bad....I just don't want to spend my money and be disappointed.
