Sound is very low with TV Online

I have a Avov TV Online+ hooked to the tv with the red,white,blue plugs , the sound is very low . I have to turn the sound up very high to hear it . is this the way the box is with plugs or am I doing something wrong ?

why not use HDMI connection.......did you check that the remotes volume is up....not just tv volume...

I don't have HDMI on my tv and the sound is up on the remote still very low .
