How To Enable Wireless Network

Hello fellow IPTVers,I have a problem with how to enable the wireless network on my AVOV TVOnline 1.It only say Disabled and it will not enable whenever I tried loading in the password.I'm very,very sure all details are loaded in correctly.Confuse at to what to do PLEASE help.Thanking you for your kind anticipated response.

If you have a cat5 cable plugged into the box WiFi will not work

Yes it's directly connected to the internet via an Ethernet cable.

unplug your cat5 cable to enable wifi
or if you use the cat 5 cable check and make sure your Ethernet is set to DHCP
the ip address and everything should populate and your internet should work

My wifi is mac address lock, so I need the mac address of my AVOV_TLP device.
How do I find it?
