If I sign up with a mac ending in 79 for my Mag, can I use that same Mac for kodi on my android?

not what I said...I strongly suggest you read the set up stickys in kodi forum for what mac to use..
for one thing your mac for mag doesn't end in 79, only the third octet of your mac does...the emu's and stalker require a mac with third octet of 78
