mag254 STB Blocked contact provider

I just got my MAG254 and also got my donation, my donation is already active and linked to my mac address also i am using the IPTV portal URL http://11.iptvrocket.tv and reboot my mag254 and still receiving the same message, also I sent the picture of my MAG254 mac address but unfortunately i haven't received any answer yet. Any other option anyone can help? Thank you

unplug your mag 254 end internet router are modem end reboot every thing

I figure it out already Greg , thank you. The only think that worked for me was to change the last digit of my MAC address linked to my donation and updated and then right away update again for the real MAC address and voila! Reboot mag and worked fine.

have mag 254 was working for 3 months now I get STB Blocked contact provider, I tried rebooting router and stb, not helping , anyone know what I can do? I checked and donation still active

Relink u mac address if that doesn't work change two numbers in u mac and save it then go back in and put the right mac in see if that workes
