NTP server not working

NTP server "pool.ntp.org" not working on my mag254. when i set my location (san juan, pr), time and date don't display accurately. Any suggestion?

My way is server: 98.143.24.53 and must working properly

Which server is best to use for the Mag250, I am with BT Infinity.
