My mag 254 TV programming keeps saying loading. Am I the only one or is it just down now.

That reboot did the job for me but not for my daughter. Hers has the blue loading bar with the yellow bar in it that loads only half way and then it says authentication required or something like that anyway. She rebooted every thing and it is still doing the same thing

I suppose that you will get help from the administration, also you should have an email from Papiao staff that you are activate donations in which you can communicate with them.

Can't get in there to do that. It is stuck on loading.

Have sent an e-mail to administrator and have yet to hear from them. Can I check to see if the ser # is indeed connected to her rocket donation? If so where do I go to do that? Appreciate the help. Thanx
