All Channels Intermittent Freezing with Portal 1

All channels with portal 1 are freezing every 1 to 2 mins. including the TV Series and VOD's. Have tried to reset the service, with no luck.

I just tried same portal.
Channels load instantly and no freezing.
TV Series and VOD are fine as well.

Switch To Portal 2 And See How That Works For You

Rocket clients don't have the option to switch portals. But seems tis might be an area ISP issue, considering live tv, vod and tv series all acting the same. Wit a server issue they 3 usually don't all act the same.

If they zero out the MAC I think they can switch.
I can't test it myself because I only have to change URL on device.

Rocket users do not have the option to switch portals, not for themselves anyway. The option is not there at the Rocket website, while it is an option for nfps and ipotv66 clients.
Only an admin access can change the Rocket portal , unless the code has been purchased from a reseller, then only the reseller can change the portal while the admin can't.
You can switch your code only on the device and not website, is because you have an admin code, yes correct.
