Can we get more West Coast locals

I was wondering if we could get more West Coast locals, other then l.a. locals, like Fresno or Sacramento. Not news channels but locals. Was watching abc Los Angeles then all of sudden it changed to abc New York. Drives me nuts when I'm watching something. Could You please let someone get these channels? I AND my Wife would really appreciate it. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE let's get these channels. Thanks for listening but please, please get these locals.
