im gettting 402 page error and page not found on the link for assigning your mac address. i also am not getting a response from reset my password. i can find my sub by order #. is there a problem with that web page? thanks

I did get that error the other day, but seems okay now.
Have you tried using a different web-browser yet?

How long has it been since you sent email to papiao about the password reset ?

The email requests could take 2 hours or 24 hours, never really can know how long.
Do not try changing your password at the website thou, as that function usually causes more issues.

I do not have a Rocket code to test at the website, so I can not say one way or another if it is working here.

yea, don't use that link. It usually never works.
Instead use your browser and go to website
https://iptvrocket.ru/
Then open the 'Check Rockets' option.
