I have been gone for a while ...again.

Now I can't log in. My server setting had disappeared and so I reentered them but am not able to connect. i just get the spinning wheel for aver an hour.

What next, are we down?

Thank you , Buzz XRS 4500, have done the reset and tried to re confirm the MAC as well. it say all ready in use for the MAC

yes MAC is attached to donation... I thought that you had to attached a MAC

OK, I tried to change portal to 5 and 3 still no go. I will give up for the night and try another day. thanks for the help.
