Freezing for months, they need to get this sorted or people will leave. We've been long members since day 1 of rocket and this is getting ridiculous. I created a thread the other day and it was blocked. It was related to the freezing.
It seems as though the freezing starts up mid afternoon and continues to get worse about 5pm and peaks til about 9 pm on the West Coast. Some channels have been down and continue to stay down so its a guess but it looks as though some servers are unable to handle all the connections. I keep checking all the RT channels and they don't even hesitate and never freeze or go down which makes me wonder what they have for servers that make their connections so fast and stable ?
This Freezing is Ridiculous People . Its EVERY NIGHT . If not fixed this week, I will cancel Global Media account and find another IPTV service provider.
