Is The Buzz XPL 3900 a Refurbished MyGica?

A friend of mine who is heavily involved in the IPTV scene just told me that this box is nothing more than refurbished and rebranded MyGica box. Is this true??

it is flashed with buzz firmware

Got it... So when firmware updates are released and we install them, does it resort back to MyGica or are the firmware and software updates specifically done with buzz so it maintains the same experience as updates are applied?

*BTW, ...It is one of the only boxes you can install the buzz tv apk.
