hello I received my programs 2 days ago. I only entered the URL into receiver and it's blocked. I never got to the point where it asked for password. Now since it's blocked. Do I have to get a new URL?

If you supplied your MAC# of the STB when you ordered, and it is a good # (not linked to a previous/ other account), you should be good to go.
Try adding this to the end of the URL after the .tv

I would still check to make sure the macs are attached.Sometimes it don't seem to get done.
