"I followed the troubleshooting steps dara suggested"

But for the past 3 days i'm having issues. I'm using IPTV Stalker PLus and the PVR Client on kodi and i can't access it. i even contacted iptv66 support and send me information and they told be that they reset my account on their end. They asked me to come here to get support.

When i try to access it from either of the clients i'm getting errors... any help with be appreciate.
 
If your box was on when they issued the IPTV Reset, it could have undermined the effort. I would try shutting down your box and doing an IPTV Reset yourself to see if that has any effect. There is only one portal on IPTV66, so we can't try a portal change.

Make sure the service is up before doing any testing. It was down for some time this morning, and I think it still is down for some. You'd be fighting an uphill battle if you are trying to get things working and the service is down.

Hope this is not considered a thread hijack, but I would appreciate an explanation as to what
exactly happens when I perform an IPTV reset. I see how to do it and see it recommended in
many posts, but what happens if/when I do one?

Tried searching for an explanation but no luck.

It is simply is a reboot of the connection between you and the server.

The IPTV Reset thru the server will kill the connection and then restart the connection.
Nothing special really, Rebooting your receiver and internet connection is essentially the same thing.

If changing your MAC addy at the server website then a reset thru the website IPTV reset option is a must, after the change.
 
I'm pretty sure it also removes the security credentials associated with the MAC address. Thus, after an IPTV Reset, you're back to square one. The server will accept the next set of credentials associated with the MAC address and isn't concerned what the preexisting one was. That's why it is used when jumping from Stalker Client to Stalker Client NFPS, which use different sets of security credentials.

I 'donated' barely 2 months ago and cannot watch live TV. I get an error message that reads:

IPTV STALKER PLUS- ITV Authorization failed. Please login again or try an IP...

Please help!! I have no idea what to do. New to Kodi/IPTV

That is NFPS. You were sent a donation number in an email. You used it to configure whatever app/add-on you used to connect to the service. In the e-mail it may have been labeled username/password. That is how it is used it to configure the add-on, as username and password. The Donation Checker for NFPS is here...

Ok, I was able to successfully check my donation/account. It is ACTIVE.

Now what do I do? I cannot view any live channels. Pls help. Thank you!
