I do not have the Online+ as I gave it to my married daughter some months ago and she has reported it is always up on the channels, I do have the Avov fuse which at one time would only get the foreign language channels until I did a factory Reset then all came back as they should, you could try that if other methods fail not much to go wrong with doing a Factory reset except going losing the app selection ect.
