Video club problem

I am new just got my rocket and I am trying to watch movies on the video club but the movie does not start and I get a red download button and I click it but nothing happened, no download and no movies. I see there are new movies daily but I can't watch nor can I download. I have a mag 254, I get all the other channels

Yes i am having the same problem, i have been advised to take to the forum by the patio.info staff, but have had no luck getting any response, ih have8 mag 254,s all of them have iptvrocket.tv in portal one, and none of them are playing vod

I'm pretty disappointed with the service to be frankly... it not hard to let the masses know it will be up in a certain period... instead we the people who are not getting it have to wait and wait. With the money i spent two months ago on this i could have easily got another box which doesn't have any yearly cost. Yes i know $85 is cheap and even though i been with IKSrocket for 4 years it will be my last.
