I am still having problems. I started like the rest of us with authinication error. The i got in with the resets but black screens. If i exited out of the emulator i got contact provider. Yesterday i reset iptv and mac adress and i got the authinication error. Not working for me since we have been down. I am running only the emulator

Just reset your mac and it should work. Yesterday they had some problems on the site and the reset didn't take but it's all fix now

Hi there my android box has been reset a few times by the reseller however I cant get past putting in ID and Password enter ok and then the blue spiral starts and the yellow line only goes 1/4 of the way and gets stuck. its been like that since last Monday my donation has a long way to go still
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
