Authentication error

I have a mag 254 was working until today, the authentication pop up i entered my donation #all i am getting is an error.
Tried iptv reset to no avail i have know exhaust my reset attempts without success.
Still can't get pass authentication screen.Need help thanks anyone.

Mag254 error authentication help I have 12 days now

Same like me I have 12 days not try and try every day but nothing yet
Just says error I buy a new route the same says error

I tried my Mag 254 because the Avov's are down. Same thing, enter donation number-says error. reboot portal and back come the auth pop-up. Just going in circles and gave up.

Where is that form or where do you fill it out?

Go check your donation and there is a reset IPTV button there. Click that and it might fix your username and password error.
