Your STB is blocked

The mag 322 box that I have in my room is turning off by itself,I have two mag254 spare boxes but when l change the mac address on IPTV Reset & Route Checker on the test the box what i get is (Your STB is blocked) on the spare boxes. tried IPTV resetting and the same thing keeps popping up on the two spare boxes need help here don't know what to do

Sorry about the delay in response.

Try setting the Country lock to All Countries.
If that doesn't work click on my name and send me a private message with the credentials you want set up

Up to now nothing is working Iptv reset nothing working on both boxes. Thanks for the reply anyway
