Wrong date on MAG 254

Hi
I'm a MAG 254 and IPTV66 reseller in Puerto Rico and everytime I set up a MAG the date appears January of 1999. I cannot find how to fix that issue.

go to inner portal then settings then set location to your time zone

I already did that and it doesnt work. Changing the time zone doesnt fix the date

Enter the “System settings” - by pressing «Setup», «Services» or «SET» on the remote control (depending on the version the remote control)
- Select “Servers”
- In the input field “NTP server” enter "pool.ntp.org"
- Confirm “OK”
