John and Mary were waking up one morning, getting ready to go to work, when John looked out and noticed freezing rain coming down on everything.
Damn, he said, I better head off early if I want to get to work on time.
Mary then states she has to finish a report before she leaves, for a big meeting that day.
At around 11am, John gets a call from Mary, panicing.
John, everything is frozen. All the Windows are Frozen. I can't get in. Nothing will open.
What am i going to do?
I've got to get this Report to the office before noon!
John says "Slow down, ...don't panic!
Here is a trick that always works.
Boil a pot of water.
Take the pot and pour the water all over and around the Windows.
Wait about a minute, then strike around the windows to free everything up.
You should be good to go, but call me anyway to let me know if there is a problem.
10 minutes later, Johns phone rings. It's Mary.
"John, your tip was useless, the Computer won't even turn on now!
