who reads/check for channel issues

i've notice tons of post about channels been in wrong order=showtime been showing espn2 for a while now among others channels with issue.
not to mention every weekend with out fail trying to watch a good movie gets worse. i do understand the donation i made is for 1 year but come on the viewing had less problem to me before it went donation
my question would be how often do they check the complains posted about the issues at hand

LOL i kind of new that but i was looking for confirmation maybe the sever is in the USA but customer service is in INDIA. i had to add humor sorry
