Which MAC address do I register????

Which MAC address do I register. I have a different MAC address depending on wireless or wired. The wired address matches the one on the box, so am assuming to register that one but I will be using it wireless, so I am confused. Thanx for all help, Cliff

I believe if your running wireless ..Then you will have to use that Mac.........If you change over to wired then you will have to change the Mac to that one..........

Resister the wired MAC. That's the one that is under your box and in your manual.

main menu>scroll rt,to settings>scroll down to device info, there you will find mac addy......also on label bottom of stb, also on end of box it came in.....

you'll have to register both for both to work once the trial is over.. i'd also guess u'd need two accounts to register both.. can't imagine they'll mess with changing mac every time u decide to change boxes.. that would be expecting way too much out of them.. especially considering the low cost of account.. good luck with it..

That's incorrect information. Just register the main mac of the box. The wireless may be different, but the portal still comes through the main mac.

i think you are wrong.. portal can't come through to a box thats disabled & still be of use to anyone.. the security system will most likely utilize the mac address listed on the account page of the mag(or what ever stb) & registered to user id.. again,, jmoo...
