If you are in Canada, I highly recommend Tekservices in Toronto. If you order from outside Canada, the exchange rate is going to kill you. I had mine the next day! About $120 with shipping in. I have purchased 2 others since then. Excellent service!
The cheapest from dealers in the country where you live in, so you won't have to worry about losing via money conversion i.e. converting from example Ca to US dollars, paying duty or brokerage fees on it at customs if you order from a different country where you live in.
