What's going on with the channel consistency

These past few months have been the worst few months of watching tv in years.. its constantly blacks out at random especially on ppv day..I tried to weather the storm but it dont look like the storm will ever pass.. is it rocket or all providers ?

These past few months have been the worst few months of watching tv in years.. its constantly blacks out at random especially on ppv day..I tried to weather the storm but it dont look like the storm will ever pass.. is it rocket or all providers ?

Its hard to say if its just rocket as there are other posts with reports on freezing issues and black outs or disconnects from the server. I'm trying to figure out what's going on as well as I'm mystified as to why the freezing or black out screens relate more to channels from 200 to 600 although CPAC channel has been down and the Chinese channels appear to be stuck with one program repeating itself. Meanwhile, all the channels appear to be up and running fine in South America, Japan, Turkey and Spain although the Spanish channels are popping up everywhere even in the channels between 200 - 600. It appears to be a bit of a mess for no particular rhyme or reason but its great if you understand Spanish, Russian, Italian but the low English channels from 78 to 105 are there, they're gone, they're there again and now they are not. Its a guess as to what they are working on or which block of channels they are working on but it appears there are just too many trying to connect to the same servers and that's when the freezing, looping and black screens begin.
