cant find a tutorial how to setup vod. maybe need its own section in kodi forum area? can some one point me to the link on setup please?

which Kodi application are you using ?
Not all will give you the option for VOD

Not sure which do and which dont thou.
I know Couch Potato will (Potato TV)
